It is delivered over 8 sessions, and your local Family Hubs runs it regularly. Teen Triple P supports you in developing your parenting toolkit by setting rules and routines that everyone respects and follows.

With new strategies for encouraging behaviours that you like, you can feel more confident in managing your child's and young person's behaviour. Most importantly, it helps you to take care of yourself as a parent.

This course is recommended for parents/carers of 12-19-year-olds, but you can complete a Teen Triple P course while your child is younger to help prepare you for the teenage years.
