General Pregnancy Toddlers Babies Workshops

Sandwell residents can access free sessions such as baby massage, relaxed stay and play, baby club and self weigh sessions with the health visiting team.

One of Family Hubs aims is to give your child the best start in life. We believe in building strong communities, starting with our youngest members.

With this is mind we have collaborated with Lightwoods House to bring our early years programme to Sandwell residents.

Together, we want to create a thriving community where every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential. To support families in Sandwell all of the below sessions are completely free of charge if you live within Sandwell.

Monday's

Baby Club 1pm – 2pm (no booking required)

Welcoming space to meet new parents and to Learn about your baby’s development. You can Take part in sensory play and talk to experienced staff.

Breastfeeding Network Baby Group 1pm – 2.30pm

This drop-in infant feeding support group will provides a safe and comfortable environment for families looking for support with starting, continuing and stopping breastfeeding, any feeding parent is welcome. (Please note this session term time only)

Wednesday's

Relaxed Stay and Play 1pm – 2pm, Starts back 11 September, (no booking is required.)

This free session aims to support children and parents that will benefit from a calm, relaxing environment where children can learn through play. (Please note this session is term time only)
