Changes Primary Years Programme for Parents/Carers

These informal discussion groups will be held at SpaceHoppas Fun Zone in West Bromwich. Our Changes sessions gives local parents and carers the opportunity to meet others in similar parenting stages in a judgement-free and friendly environment. Children will be allowed FREE access to the facilities as SpaceHoppas whilst you have a chance to chat to other parents/carers and share parenting ideas and challenges. Please note attendees must attend at least four out of the five sessions. Along with the FREE play session you will also receive a FREE hot drink and biscuits, your child(ren) will receive a meal (choose from Chicken nuggets, chips and beans; Fish fingers, chips and beans; Sausage, chips and beans; Pasta with tomato sauce)

Baby Massage

This session is suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months old. Join us in our baby massage course. In a calm and supportive environment you will learn gentle techniques to help relax and comfort your baby while enhancing the bond between adult/baby. Our experienced instructor will guide you step-by-step through a variety of massage strokes that can promote better sleep and support your baby’s overall well-being. Each session offers time to practice the techniques with guidance, ask questions, and connect with other caregivers in a relaxed setting. This course is not just about learning massage skills, but also about understanding your baby’s cues and supporting a deeper connection through touch. You will be given a sunflower/Vitamin E blend oil for use in the sessions and at home.

Building Buddies

Join us for this fun and interactive course designed especially for children aged between 2 and 4 years old and their grown-ups! We will explore different themes and child-friendly building materials each week, children will have the freedom to build, stack, and create at their own pace, while grown-ups join in the fun and support their little builders. Each session will feature a new theme to spark creativity and encourage problem-solving, with activities that help develop fine motor and early social skills. This course provides a wonderful chance for children to unleash their imaginations, learn through play, and bond with their caregivers in a relaxed, social setting. Come build new worlds with us and watch your child’s creativity soar!

Join us for Family cycle rides! Looking for a fun way to spend time with your family? Cradley Link offers family-friendly cycle rides every Monday and on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month. Changes Taster Session - Tantrums and Behaviours

This session is suitable for parents and carers with children from 18 months to secondary school age. This Changes taster session focuses on different types of challenging behaviour, support and information on how to manage different behaviours and how to support your child/children through tough periods. These Changes taster sessions are for families who have not previously attended Changes courses, please do not book if you have attended before.
