Changes Early Years Programme for Parents/Carers
These informal discussion groups will be held at SpaceHoppas Fun Zone in West Bromwich. Our Changes sessions gives local parents and carers the opportunity to meet others in similar parenting stages in a judgement-free and friendly environment. Children will be allowed FREE access to the facilities as SpaceHoppas whilst you have a chance to chat to other parents/carers and share parenting ideas and challenges. Changes: The Early Years (for parents/carers of children aged 0-4) Please note attendees must attend at least four out of the six sessions. Changes Early Years can help guide you on your parenting journey. Changes is Sandwell’s ‘home grown’ programme that is adapted to meet the needs of local families. It is FREE to attend for parents/carers living in Sandwell.

Mini & Me Aqua Exercise
This course is available for children from 6 weeks up to 23 months and their parent/carers. This session is for parent and carers who are confident in chest height water. Parents and children will both have to be in the pool and must wear suitable swimwear - more guidance on this is on the document attached to this event. Come along to the new Sandwell Aquatics Centre for our new FREE Mini and Me aqua-exercise fun with your little one. This session is aimed at parents/carers and their child. Mini and Me aqua-exercise will be 45 minutes with 15 minutes playtime afterwards, please arrive promptly for the session.

Sweaty Mama
Sweaty Mama is fun safe and effective fitness you can do with your little one. Sweaty Mama is a great way to begin to gain fitness. The workout is specifically designed to support your body postnatally and aid recovery whilst introducing exercise. You can keep it low to begin with and it’s lots of fun too. You can gradually increase the intensity of the exercise as you get fitter too! Sweaty Mama is a fab, fun workout with your child. Enjoy exercise while you bond with your baby, toddler or pre-schooler. Sweaty Mama has music and movements you will both love.

Baby Boppers
Please note this class is for babies, sitting and crawling only. We have Twinkle Tots sessions for those walking to preschool. Join us for this fun engaging movement, music, sensory class with your babies, sitting and crawling. In this session we will encourage age-appropriate movement to some of your child's favourite songs. This session will demonstrate how early development can be aided by singing, music making and movement through these fun songs and activities that families can continue at home.
